Membership Subscription
1. Subscription: The Leadership Program is a subscription-based membership. By subscribing, you agree to pay either a monthly recurring fee or an annual fee, as selected by you during the enrollment process. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled by you.
2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting www.myleadershipclub.com, contacting us at 877-57-HORSE, or emailing [email protected]. There is no contract term, and your subscription will continue until cancelled. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent period.
3. Fees: All fees for The Leadership Program are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to The Leadership Program until the end of your current billing period.
Use of The Leadership Program
1. Access: Upon subscription, you will receive access to The Leadership Program, which may include but is not limited to online courses, instructional materials, and exclusive content related to horsemanship leadership.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
Termination
Advantage Horsemanship reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to The Leadership Program at any time without prior notice or liability for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that Advantage Horsemanship determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful.
Changes to Terms
Advantage Horsemanship may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of The Leadership Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
